Customer Service Representative (Czech / Slovak) [Greece]


 

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Czech/Slovak-speaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Athens.


Position: Customer Service Representative


Location: Athens, Greece


Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a retail company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • C1 level of Czech/Slovak and English, both oral and written
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to cover night shifts on rotation with colleagues
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
