General Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Manage & supervise the entire construction management activities related to Business.
2. Lead the operations from Projects to Sales, Tenders, Design, Projects, and QA/QC.
3. Ensure that order deadlines are made, and company service standards are maintained.
4. Create business plans, targets, and overall business objectives.
5. Provide technical expertise in projects and business.
6. Build and lead and supervise our Site Supervision teams for onsite operations.
7. Attend tender interview meetings independently and be able to demonstrate our technical strength regarding the works and develop creative methodology to satisfy our clients requirements from time to time.
8. Prepare tender technical proposals and submissions.
9. Flexible to cover all aspect of Engineering works, especially on structural steel works, A&A works to both civil and building jobs; and
10. Be familiar with all sorts of construction materials and specifications involved in our works.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in Construction and Facades.
3. Strong background in managing multi-division businesses is an advantage.
4. Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong leadership qualities along with an ability to do strategic planning for the entire company is a must.
6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Good time planner.
9. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
